For about 20 large or 30 small biscuits

20g of chia seeds
30g of sesame seeds
2-3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg white
2-3 El Erythirt
Low Carb & Keto Muesli Thaler
Today, there is a simple and very quick recipe for ketogenic cereal liqueurs!
So if you need a practical snack for lunchbox, hike or whatever – these biscuits are the right choice!
The best? These cookies have just 6.1g of usable carbs per 100
The combination of almonds, walnuts, coconut and seeds such as flaxseed and sesame provides you with high-quality fats and protein – if it takes longer again.
You can find the cereal here: << Victoria Sponge Cake >>
100% low carb & keto, gluten free, no added sugar & paleo!
Of course, you can also use any other of our cereals for this recipe. Instead of sesame we recommend you peeled cannabis seeds.
Weigh all dry ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.
If necessary, separate the egg – be careful here. When the protein comes into contact with fat (from the egg yolk), it can no longer be stiff.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Gently lift the muesli / grain mixture under the egg white and then stir until a sticky mass is formed.
You could now either use two tablespoons to put small piles on baking paper or use a (mini) muffin dish. If you use the shape – of course, only cover the ground or 0.5 – 1 cm high and not make up to the top.
Put in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
