Low carb & Keto Muesli Thaler

Ingredients :

For about 20 large or 30 small biscuits

200g Muesli Orient Sun

20g of chia seeds

30g of sesame seeds

2-3 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg white

2-3 El Erythirt

Of course, you can also use any other of our cereals for this recipe. Instead of sesame we recommend you peeled cannabis seeds.

Preparation:

Weigh all dry ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.

If necessary, separate the egg – be careful here. When the protein comes into contact with fat (from the egg yolk), it can no longer be stiff.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Gently lift the muesli / grain mixture under the egg white and then stir until a sticky mass is formed.

You could now either use two tablespoons to put small piles on baking paper or use a (mini) muffin dish. If you use the shape – of course, only cover the ground or 0.5 – 1 cm high and not make up to the top.

Put in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
