Chocolate and hazelnut – the popularity of this divine combination is due to a cocoa shortage in the late 19th century. The chocolate was simply stretched with ground hazelnuts and sold as gianduja or nougat.

The best? The shake has only about 2g of usable carbs plus those from the milk!

The hazelnut chocolate from Torras  ( available here ) has only 4.5g of usable carbohydrates per 100g and is therefore a chocolate with extremely few carbohydrates.
